Simple Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup mayo
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine the artichoke hearts, mayo, parmesan cheese, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread mixture in a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  4. Serve with sliced baguettes, pita chips, or crackers. Yum!
